SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

 

 

Here at I WEAR MY STYLE, we are committed to deliver your orders within the stipulated time period of 10-14 working days. Deliveries can be expedited on request basis.

We offer Cash on Delivery all over India. In case of any delays, our team is committed to keep you updated at every step. We assume you have read our Return and Exchange policy before making any purchases from the website. 

 

 

 I Wear My Style has an exchange policy for store credits ONLY.

 

1. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. 

 

2. To receive a full store credit, return your item(s) within 10-12 days of your order being delivered. Items should be returned in their original condition. 

 

3. Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 2 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can call our customer care numbers between 10:30 A.M. and 6:30 P.M. from Monday to Saturdays. Sundays we are closed. Kindly call at 728-999-1606

 

3. Client has to send us back the return item to our office address. Reverse pick up is done on request and charges are charged as per weight of the parcel. We don’t do reverse pick up for any tulle or cancan gowns.

 

4. If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/torn/defective product), we will first, try to undo the defect and send out a replacement. If the defect is not rectified from our end also, we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back. 

 

5. Incase you have placed an order for over 5 items, then only 50% of the order is exchangeable. 

 

6. If there is a logistical delay or glitch, we do not take responsibility for the same.. If order has been shipped at our end and tracking number has been sent, yet there is 2-3 day delay at logistics end, due to their operational issues, we won’t be able to take responsibility as these things are not in our control. Rest assured, we will provide full assistance for updates. If we have not shipped out the order at our end and taken advance payment, we refund the amount in case of delay in processing, at our end.

 

7. An exchange order cannot be exchanged twice. We only exchange once.

 

8. Any length customised order, is eligible for size exchange only

10. Prewedding and Net/Tulle Maternity and Regular Gowns are all made to order basis only and are exchangeable for fittings and defects only. Net and Cancan Gowns have to be sent back to us for exchange. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION: 

 

For prepaid orders, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.


As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

 

ABOUT STORE CREDITS:

 

We do not issue cash refunds for returned items, but we will credit your IWMS account for the full purchase amount of the returned item or issue you store code for redemption. Please contact us over WhatsApp at 728-999-1606.

Store credit can be used towards any items for I WEAR MY STYLE. Incase the requested exchange item is not in stock, the client has six months to choose any other item. 
If your store credit exceeds the total amount of your next purchase, the excess credit balance will remain in your account and will be available for use towards any future purchases.
If your store credit does not cover the amount of your next purchase, you will be asked for another form of payment to cover the balance.

 

LATE RETURNS:

 

Merchandise that is not returned within 10 days of your original purchase date will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to you. In case the transit time is longer, we require you to send us the tracking number of the parcel within 5 days of the original order being shipped to you.

 

CUSTOMISED ORDERS

 

We have a very strict NO RETURN policy for customised orders. If the colour, style and length has been customised, we will accept NO RETURNS. For any changes to size, the customer has to send us back the parcel to our factory address and we will do alterations. We do not do alter length once order is delivered. Please note, colour variance can occur upto 10-15% in getting orders customised, depending on availability of fabric, limitations in photography, lighting and image settings. We do not take responsibility for the same. Brightness can differ. We do not do any embellishments or hand embroidery work. We only make plains and solid colours and gowns.

 

Also, if the item is made as per measurements given by the client, we take no responsibility for fitting of the items. This is the client’s responsibility. We leave margins of 3 inches in each dress to increase and decrease the size. 

Prewedding and Maternity Gowns are made to order basis only. They are exchangeable for size issues or any defect. Usually defects will not happen as we are very strict with our quality checks.

 

NO DISCOUNT APPLIES TO CUSTOMISED (change in colour or style only) OR CRITICAL DELIVERY ORDERS. 

 

SALE ORDERS

 

There is a no return policy for items on clearance. 

 

EXCHANGE ITEMS

 

Exchange process takes upto10-14 days. We do not have exchange for exchange items.
